If you are not happy with the product, then please submit a request through our support forum and our team will assist you as soon as possible. If you are still not satisfied, then the following refund policy applies.
We will issue a full refund:
- within 14 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.
- You’ve posted a support post on the forum but you didn’t get any response within 48 hours (business days only).
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund:
- if you behave badly or misused our services.
- if you request a refund after 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please also note that:
- Refunds can take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
